In the current era, everyone is connected to the internet, so everyone needs to be aware of cybersecurity. Many people in society are unaware of cybercrime and unknowingly commit acts on the internet that fall under the category of cybercrime. When crime is investigated, they face difficulties.
These views were expressed by Muhammad Asad Ul Rehman, a cyber expert at Cyber Security of Pakistan, while addressing students preparing for the CSS exam on the benefits and importance of cybersecurity. He said that while technology has benefited humanity at the global level, the unsafe use of technology has proved to be harmful to humanity. In this modern age of technology, in view of the increasing threats of hacking, it is necessary to acquire awareness about cybersecurity and protect your social media accounts and data.
On this occasion, cyber expert Muhammad Asad Ul Rehman, along with detailed awareness, also practically told the students and staff participating in the cybersecurity workshop how to save their important data. Cyber Scouts Saba Muniz Rana and Araf Jabeen were also present on the occasion.
موجوہ دور میں ہر شخص انٹر نیٹ سے منسلک ہے لہذاہر شخص کو سائبر سیکیورٹی کے متعلق آگاہی کی ضرورت ہے۔ معاشرے کہ کئی لوگ سائبر کرائم کے متعلق شعور نہ ہونے کے باعث انجانے میں انٹرنیٹ پر کچھ ایسے فعل سر انجام دیتے ہیں جو کہ سائبر کرائم کے زمرہ میں آتے ہیں اور جب کرائم کی تحقیقات ہوتی ہیں تو انہیں مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ ان خیالات کا اظہار سائبر سکیورٹی آف پاکستان کے سائبرایکسپرٹ محمداسدالرحمن نے سی ایس ایس امتحا ن کی تیاری کرنے والے طلبا ء و طالبات کو سائبر سیکیورٹی کی افادیت و اہمیت بیان کرتے ہوئے کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ عالمی سطح پر ٹیکنالوجی نے جہاں انسانیت کو فائدہ پہنچایاہے وہیں ٹیکنالوجی کے غیر محفوظ استعمال انسانیت کے لیے نقصان دہ ثابت ہو ئی ہے۔ ٹیکنالوجی کے اس جدید دور میں ہیکنگ کے بڑھتے ہوئے خطرات کے پیش نظر ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ سائبر سیکیورٹی کے متعلق شعور حاصل کر کے اپنے سوشل میڈیا اکاؤنٹس اور ڈیٹا محفوظ کریں۔اس موقع پر سائبر ایکسپرٹ محمد اسدالرحمن نے سائبر سیکیورٹی کی ورکشا پ میں شامل ہونے والے طلباء و سٹاف کوتفصیلی آگاہی کے ساتھ ساتھ انہیں اپنا اہم ڈیٹا محفوظ کرنے کا طریقہ عملی طور پر بتایا۔اس موقع پر سائبر سکاؤٹس میں سے صبا منیز رانا اوراعراف جبیں بھی ساتھ تھے۔
